At Komodo Reptile Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
